From classroom to
career path

Our hIGH sCHOOL

High school is a defining stage in a young adult’s life — the bridge between learning and the future. At Radley, we prepare learners not just to pass exams, but to step confidently into university, the workplace or their own entrepreneurial ventures. With the IEB curriculum, small classes, and a future-focused approach, every student is guided to craft a path that reflects their strengths and ambitions.

What sets Radley apart is the way we pair academic excellence with entrepreneurial readiness. Entrepreneurship is taught as a dedicated subject, but more than that, it’s lived every day – through practical projects, business field trips, networking events and guest speakers who bring the real world into the classroom.

Learners
benefit from:

A full IEB curriculum with meaningful subject choices in the FET phase (grades 10–12), allowing learners to tailor their studies to their interests, talents and career ambitions

Entrepreneurship with practical application, giving learners the skills to design, test and grow their own business ideas — preparing them to be job creators, not just job seekers.

Academic support classes built into the timetable, ensuring learners have access to extra guidance, study strategies and one-on-one attention where needed.

Structured career guidance and mentoring, helping students make informed decisions about university, vocational training or entrepreneurial pathways.

Exposure to the real business world through field trips, networking opportunities and guest speakers who share their experience and insights.

Leadership development for senior students, with opportunities to mentor younger peers, take on responsibility and practise teamwork in authentic settings.

Regular progress tracking and personalised feedback, so learners (and parents/guardians) can clearly see growth in both academic achievement and personal development.

At Radley, we recognise that no two futures look alike. Our role is to help learners uncover their interests, sharpen their strengths and leave school with the clarity and self-belief to take their next step with purpose.
