Educator Success Story:

"As educators at Radley we encourage learners to think outside the box and embrace failure as a learning opportunity. "

Radley Private School’s dedication to fostering entrepreneurship sets it apart as a visionary institution that prepares learners not only for academic success but also for the dynamic and ever-changing world of entrepreneurship. By instilling an entrepreneurial mindset, skills, and values in its students, Radley equips them with the tools they need to thrive as innovative leaders and change makers in the 21st century.

I count myself lucky to be part of the staff working at Radley. Radley has a forward-thinking approach to learning and is committed to empowering learners, cultivating an environment where young minds are encouraged to explore, create, and think like entrepreneurs. I am so privileged to be able to incorporate elements of entrepreneurship, innovation, and real-world problem-solving in every lesson and expose learners to hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, critical thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Radley offers learners the opportunity to collaborate with educators, parents, family, and receive mentorship, learning to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and turn their ideas into tangible ventures, skills that I believe are increasingly beneficial in today’s employment climate.

As educators at Radley we encourage learners to think outside the box and embrace failure as a learning opportunity. The school empowers them to pursue their passions and make a positive impact in the world.

What I also love about Radley is that it provides learners with practical experiences and exposure to entrepreneurship through Raizcorp and its partnerships with local businesses and entrepreneurial guest speakers. These real-world connections provide them with valuable insights and mentorship to guide their entrepreneurial journey.

I am an educator and have been an entrepreneur, Radley has increased my entrepreneurial knowledge and creativity and made ME think outside the box more than I have ever done and I absolutely love it. I have grown both personally and professionally and look forward to inspiring innovation, fostering collaboration, and empowering the next generation of leaders and change makers.

As Albert Schweitzer said, “Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful.”
